Terms & Conditions

Effective 12 October 2026. These terms govern access to the mDoc website, patient app, care coordination, bookings, payments, plans, messages, and support.

Acceptance and linked policies

By creating an account, selecting “I agree”, placing a request, buying a plan, or otherwise using mDoc, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Payments, cancellations, and refunds are also governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or continue using the service.

Eligibility and authority

You must be legally capable of entering this agreement. A parent or lawful guardian must act for a child. You may create a saved patient profile or place a request for another person only when you have authority and have provided accurate information. mDoc may request reasonable verification and may refuse or restrict a request when identity, authority, safety, or fraud concerns cannot be resolved.

What mDoc provides

mDoc provides technology for discovering healthcare providers and facilities, submitting appointment or service requests, coordinating confirmations, exchanging secure messages and documents, making eligible payments, and managing care-plan benefits. Availability depends on location, provider participation, eligibility, technology, and operational capacity.

A submitted request is not a confirmed appointment unless the app, website, provider, or authorised mDoc Admin explicitly confirms its date, time, and status. Search order, labels, estimates, and availability are informational and may change.

No emergency or medical advice service

General content, reminders, search results, forms, automated text, and support messages do not diagnose, prescribe, replace a qualified clinician, or create a doctor-patient relationship with mDoc. Clinical decisions and advice are provided by the relevant licensed professional.

Healthcare providers and clinical responsibility

Participating doctors, facilities, laboratories, hospitals, pharmacies, and other providers are responsible for their licences, professional conduct, clinical decisions, availability, records, and services. mDoc may verify or display information but does not guarantee a provider’s outcome, availability, or suitability for every person. Review provider details and ask questions before proceeding.

Your account and security

Requests, confirmations, and timing

You must review the selected patient, provider, facility, service, date window, contact details, documents, price, and payment method before submission. A preferred date or time is a request, not a promise. Providers or Admin may propose or confirm a different time within the permitted workflow. Keep notifications and contact information available so that time-sensitive updates can reach you.

Prices, taxes, coupons, and payments

The final server-calculated amount shown before payment may include provider charges, service fees, taxes, plan coverage, and an eligible coupon. Prices can differ by provider, facility, service, location, and plan. If a website or app screen conflicts with the final checkout amount, stop and contact support before paying.

Payments may be processed by Razorpay or another displayed payment provider under that provider’s terms and privacy notice. mDoc uses order, payment, signature, and event identifiers to verify and reconcile transactions. A bank debit alone does not prove that mDoc received a successful final payment status. If a transaction is pending, do not repeatedly pay; contact support with the booking code and payment reference.

Care plans and subscriptions

A care plan provides only the benefits, limits, eligible members, providers, services, and validity period shown at purchase. Unless checkout expressly states recurring billing, a displayed one-time plan payment does not authorise recurring charges. Benefits cannot be transferred, resold, combined, or converted to cash except where mDoc expressly permits or law requires. Misuse may result in benefit reversal or suspension.

Cancellations, failed fulfilment, and refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on confirmation status, services already performed, benefits consumed, non-refundable provider costs, payment verification, and applicable law. Follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy and contact support promptly. Approved refunds normally return to the original payment method and bank or network processing time is outside mDoc’s direct control.

Documents, messages, and user content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant mDoc the limited permission needed to store, secure, process, display, and share it with authorised recipients for the requested service, support, legal compliance, and safety. Upload only relevant material you are entitled to share. Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, malicious, or unnecessarily sensitive content.

Notifications and electronic communications

With appropriate permission, mDoc may send transactional app notifications, SMS, email, or in-account messages about OTPs, bookings, provider or Admin updates, payments, plans, documents, security, support, and legal changes. Delivery is not guaranteed because it depends on device, network, operating-system, email, and carrier settings. You must still check your Activity and Messages screens for current status.

Marketing messages, if introduced, will use consent and opt-out controls required by law and will not be bundled with essential service or security communications.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse mDoc, impersonate another person, scrape or reverse engineer protected services, probe security, upload malware, abuse providers or staff, manipulate bookings or benefits, evade payment, use stolen credentials, or interfere with another user. Security research requires prior written authorisation and a defined scope.

Intellectual property

The mDoc name, logo, software, interface, text, graphics, and service design are owned by or licensed to MDOCTOR INFO PRIVATE LIMITED. These Terms grant a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose; they do not transfer intellectual-property ownership.

Third-party services and links

mDoc may open a payment provider, map, Google authentication, external provider page, or another third-party service. Their terms, privacy practices, security, and availability apply to their service. A link or integration does not make mDoc responsible for unrelated third-party content or conduct.

Availability, maintenance, and suspension

We work to keep mDoc available but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. We may maintain, change, restrict, or discontinue a feature. We may temporarily hold or suspend an account or transaction to protect users, investigate fraud or abuse, comply with law, address non-payment, or protect service integrity. Where appropriate, we will explain available review or restoration steps.

Responsibility and consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, mDoc is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, provider clinical decisions, user-supplied inaccuracies, unauthorised account use not caused by mDoc, or failures of independent networks and third-party systems. Any limitation is applied fairly in light of the service, payment, actual loss, and applicable consumer law.

Electronic communications and records

You agree that electronic acceptance, OTP verification, server logs, messages, notices, receipts, and transaction records may be used to document an action or agreement as permitted by law. Keep copies of important confirmations. Contact support promptly if a record appears incorrect.

Complaints and dispute resolution

First contact the mDoc Privacy & Grievance Desk at info@mdoc.in or +91 74939 39362. Include your account contact, booking or payment reference, a clear description, and the resolution requested. Do not send secret payment credentials.

We will acknowledge, investigate, and attempt a fair resolution. Unresolved disputes are governed by the laws of India and are subject to courts with lawful jurisdiction in Ranchi, Jharkhand, without restricting any non-waivable consumer forum, regulatory complaint, data-protection remedy, or other statutory right.

Changes, severability, and the complete agreement

We may update these Terms when the service or law changes. Material changes may be shown in the app, website, or registered contact channel and may require fresh acceptance. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent lawful. These Terms and linked policies form the agreement for mDoc’s platform services, while a provider may separately establish clinical or service terms.
