PAYMENTS
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective 12 October 2026. This policy covers payments made through mDoc.
Before paying
Review the provider, patient, preferred date or time, service details, plan coverage, coupon, and final server-calculated amount. A request may still require provider or Admin confirmation after payment.
Cancelling a request
Contact support as soon as possible and include the booking or confirmation code. Cancellation does not automatically mean a refund. mDoc reviews whether the provider confirmed or began the service, whether costs were already incurred, whether a plan benefit was consumed, and any provider-specific or legal requirements.
Failed, pending, or duplicate payments
- If checkout fails and no money is debited, try again from your mDoc activity.
- If money is debited but mDoc still shows pending, do not repeatedly pay. Send the confirmation code and payment reference to support so the transaction can be reconciled.
- Verified duplicate charges for the same purchase are reviewed for reversal or refund.
- Bank or payment-provider reversals can take additional time and appear under the original payment method.
When a refund may be reviewed
A refund may be considered where a payment was verified but the paid service or plan could not be fulfilled, where a qualifying cancellation was accepted, where a duplicate charge was verified, or where applicable law requires it. Used subscriptions, completed services, consumed benefits, non-refundable provider costs, and fraudulent or abusive claims may not qualify except where law requires otherwise.
How to request review
Email info@mdoc.in from the account email if possible. Include the mDoc confirmation code, payment date and amount, Razorpay payment reference if available, reason, and a contact number. Do not send full card, UPI PIN, OTP, CVV, or banking password.
Decision and destination
mDoc will investigate with the provider and payment processor and communicate the outcome. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method unless law or the payment provider requires another method. Processing time depends on the bank, network, and payment provider.
