Delete your mDoc account

You can request deletion of your patient account and eligible associated information.

How to request deletion

  1. Open the mDoc app, sign in, and go to Profile → Delete account.
  2. Review what deletion affects, optionally tell us why, acknowledge the consequences, and type DELETE exactly.
  3. Submitting starts a seven-day cooling-off period. Your account remains active during this period, and you can cancel the request from the same app screen.
  4. After the cooling-off period, mDoc verifies the request, checks retention obligations, and confirms completion or any information that must legally remain restricted and retained.

If you cannot sign in, email info@mdoc.in for a secure recovery and identity-verification path. Never send an OTP, password, full payment credential, or unnecessary medical document by email.

What deletion covers

Where eligible, mDoc will delete or de-identify account profile information, unused family profiles, device notification tokens, optional preferences, and content that is not required for an active service, safety, fraud prevention, financial reconciliation, dispute, audit, or legal obligation.

Information that may be retained

mDoc may retain limited booking, care coordination, payment, tax, audit, consent, security, provider-communication, and legal records for the period required by law or legitimate patient-safety, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution needs. Access remains restricted, and retained records are not used for unrelated marketing.

Before you request

Download anything you need and resolve pending bookings, refunds, subscriptions, messages, or support cases. Deletion can remove app and web access and may not be reversible. Removing the app from a phone does not delete the account.
