Payment help

If an amount was debited but the app or website shows pending, do not pay repeatedly. Send the confirmation code, amount, payment date, and Razorpay reference if available. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Privacy or deletion

For access, correction, privacy, or grievance requests, use info@mdoc.in. To close an account, follow the account deletion process.
